The tech heavy Nasdaq Composite has dropped below its 50 day moving average support for the second time. It also formed a very bearish Head and Shoulder Top pattern. They both are sell signals. The Nasdaq is now down 6.9% from all time high. What level will the Nasdaq go down to? For a 10% drop from top, it will be 12757 and for a 15% drop, it will be the 12049 level.
