Major US stock indexes opened up then reverse down sharply as Tesla (TSLA) stock is down by over 4%. One reason cited for TSLA sell off is 223,000 March $20 puts were bought for 2.5c (versus an open interest of only around 10,000 contracts).TSLA is such a gigantic stock now in the market, its plunge definitely drag the market down with it. Bitcoin price also down sharply by over $1400 as TSLA is now tie to Bitcoin since it owns $1.5B worth of it. Technically, TSLA has a Round Top Pattern and is not looking good, more profit taking on it are likely. If major stock indexes and TSLA closed down today, stock market correction begins. Even though TSLA going down seems to be the thing to blame for the market downturn, however there are many technicals and other signs are also suggesting a stock market reversal. These factors are:

1. Coming into today, the S&P 500 already were up 7 days in a row and yesterday is the smallest range day for the last 7 days, experience tells us that reversal is imminent. This signal is called NR7.
