Coming into today's trading, followings are some of the statistic to consider:

For the indexes: Russell 2000 -12.2%,Nasdaq -9.9%, S&P 500 -3.3%, Dow -2.3%.
For the 7 mega tech stocks : NVDA -23% (PEG 2.08), TSLA -16.8% (PEG 4.22), FB- 15% (1.09), AMZN -14.5%(1.75), MSFT -12.9%(2.06), GOOG -8.5%(1.28), AAPL -6% (PEG 1.96).
From the above information, I see both the Dow and S&P 500 still need to catch up with the downside since they only down 2.3% and 3.3% respectively Vs Russell 2000 and Nasdaq's down 12.2% and 9,9% respectively. The downside for both the Dow and S&P 500 are far from being over and they will likely trying to catch up with the downside of both the Russell 2000 and Nasdaq Composite.
As for the mega tech stocks, high PEG is their problem. PEGs for TSLA, NVDA, MSFT, AAPL and AMZN are still too high since PEG equal to 1 is the fair value. Only FB and GOOG are much closer to their fair value base on PEG measure. So more down side is likely for 5 out of the 7 mega tech stocks mentioned above.
Sure enough, both the Dow and S&P 500 are leading the US market down today trying to catch up with the Nasdaq Composite. Followings are reasonable downside projections for the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite:
