Today, Nasdaq gapped up open due to strong earnings from MSFT and TXN and provides further upside momentum. Technically, this Nasdaq bounce may last 2 to 3 days as it goes up to challenge resistances at 14250 and 14500. Federal Reserve is to announce monetary policy today at 11AM Pacific Time. Since market has reacted negatively due to rate hike expectation, today's announcement is not likely to add more negativity and it may add positivity if commentary from the fed is less hawkish. Even though Nasdaq is still on a downtrend if it is not able to recover above 200 day moving average level 14733, but it is a tradable bottom for profit for the next few days.
