Dow opened higher and at one point rose 149 points only to see it dropped back to only up about 32 points now . This is a rather big retracement and deserves caution. Dow's 50 day moving average support 25998 should be watched carefully to see whether this level will be broken.  At its high today, the Nasdaq Composite was 11 points away from testing its 50 day moving average but has now falling back and is still below this critical resistance. Besides two oil tankers attacked in the Gulf of Oman which pushed oil price higher there is no other moving news so far. The stock market is more likely turning weak later today.

。Just hours ago, oil prices were flashing red as they neared the $50 level, but overnight attacks on two tankers in the Gulf of Oman have sparked a sudden turnaround. An oil tanker owned by Norway's Frontline (FRO) was struck by a torpedo, according to shipping newspaper Tradewinds. The second ship has been identified as the Kokuka Courageous, managed by BSM Ship Management.The incident comes one month after four tankers were sabotaged in the Gulf of Oman off the UAE port of Fujairah, in an attack the U.S. linked to Iran. ---Seeking Alpha

。Morgan Stanley raised his price target on Disney (DIS) to $160 per share from $135. The analyst cited the company’s new streaming service, noting it could give its global subscriber numbers a boost.

。Tyson Foods (TSN) says it will introduce a new plant-based brand called Raised and Rooted. The brand will launch initially this summer by selling nuggets made out of pea protein instead of chicken. A blended burger product made with Angus beef and pea protein isolate is expected to be sold this fall. "We remain firmly committed to our growing traditional meat business and expect to be a market leader in alternative protein, which is experiencing double-digit growth and could someday be a billion-dollar business for our company," states CEO Noel White.Tyson sold its stake in Beyond Meat (BYND) before that company's IPO and share price rocket ride.---Seeking Alpha

。Target (TGT) is bringing its same-day delivery option to the masses, leveraging Shipt, a platform it acquired for $550M in 2017. Instead of a $99 annual membership, shoppers in 47 states across the country will have the option to get online items delivered the same day by paying a flat fee of $9.99 per order. It's the latest move in an ongoing and heated delivery war. Both Walmart (WMT) and Amazon (AMZN) recently announced next-day delivery options, with Walmart promising to reach roughly 75% of American consumers by the end of 2019. ---Wall Street Breakfast

。Lululemon(LULU)reported quarterly profit of 74 cents per share, 4 cents a share above estimates. The athletic apparel maker’s revenue also came in well above forecasts. Comparable-store sales jumped 16% compared to a consensus estimate of 11.6%. The company also raised its full-year forecast.---CNBC

。 Evercore initiated coverage on both ride-sharing companies Uber and  Lyft with “outperform” ratings, based on a favorable view of the industry and the idea that there will be high correlation between the performance of the two stocks.---CNBC
