Gold Related ETFs Are Attractive 黄金相关ETFs 很具吸引力

It is surprising that gold got sold off together with the stock market as the risk of the COVID-19 exploded recently.  Investors sold everything indiscriminately. They sold not only stocks, but also supposedly safe haven gold and bitcoin. The thinking is that investors have been raising cash to cover their stock losses. Now the dust has settle a little bit, people are rushing back to gold related investments including gold ETF GLD and gold stock ETFs JNUG and NUGT. Looks like investors are reverting back to the proper way of investing ---buy gold when there's risk.  Really, interest rate at its lowest level in history and the  risk caused by COVID-19 virus is still exploding, gold and its related investments should be bought.

Since March 9 to March 16, Gold futures came down from 1704 to 1456, a 14.55% drop. GLD came down from 159 to 136, a 14.47% drop during the same period. What is stunning is from February 24 to March 16, JNUG dropped a whopping 97% and NUGT lost 88% during the same period. All the above mentioned ETFs would likely bring big returns especially JNUG and NUGT in the near term.
