。Share markets across the world fell on Thursday as nerves over jobs data likely to lay bare the economic carnage from the coronavirus pandemic outweighed a $2 trillion U.S. stimulus package. Europe’s broad Euro STOXX 600 fell 1.8%, with bourses in Frankfurt, London and Paris all down around 2.5% as a two-day rally faltered.E arlier, Asia saw a mixed session. MSCI’s broadest index of Asia-Pacific shares outside Japan rose 1.1% but regional performances varied. The Nikkei snapped three days of gains in Tokyo with a 4.5% drop, while Australia’s benchmark rose for a third day - its longest winning streak in six weeks. The bill has restrictions on stock buybacks, dividends and executive pay, and allows the government to take equity, warrants or other compensation as part of the rescue package.
