Using the 1 hour chart to cover the last 20 days of S&P 500 trading, I see a perfect Round Top pattern has formed. If 2447 support level is broken, the S&P 500 will likely get suck down to 2191 low in a flash. It will be completing a perfect semicircle if that happens. That's how normally a round top pattern would end.  This will also satisfy the expectation of retesting the March 23 2191 low.
