S&P 500 ETF SPY has recovered above Mondays closing price. VXX trending down all morning and has turned negative. On Balance Volume for SPY is consistently rising in sync with SPYs intraday uptrend. Nasdaq and Russell 2000 is up while the Dow is only down 23 points. Trump commented that last month's downtrend is only a glich and should get better also helped. US stock market should be getting stronger from here.
