道指在今早开盘后下跌约0.7％但它已经恢复到正数。 BA和CAT的强势带领道琼斯指数走高。标准普尔500指数，纳斯达克指数和罗素2000指数也从早前的低点回升。由于主要股指接近其50日移动平均线阻力位，因此它们更有可能从这些水平下跌，但是，指数只是在没有太大的下行的情况下巩固在阻力位下方。市场有抗跌的表现，这是正面的。主要市场指数可能试图在短期内向上测试它们的50天移动平均线。由于纳斯达克综合指数是最接近其50日移动平均线7009水平的指数，因此应对它谨慎观察。现在纳指交易价格约为6954。

The Dow was down about 0.7% after it opened this morning. It has since recovered to positive.  Strength in BA and CAT are leading the Dow up.  S&P 500, Nasdaq and Russell 2000 also come back up from their earlier lows. As major indexes are near their 50 Day Moving Average resistances, they are more likely to come down from these levels, however, the indexes are only consolidating  below their resistances without too much downside. The market is showing resilience to the downside and this is positive. Major market indexes may try to test their 50 Day Moving Averages near term. Since the Nasdaq Composite Index is the index that is closest to its 50 Day Moving Average 7009 level and should be watch carefully. It is now trading around 6954.

Today's negative news are : Macy's (M) and American Airline (AAL) are lowering their earning guidance, China reported weak consumer and producer price inflation indicating economy slow down, not much detail announced after a 3 day US-China trade talk and Partial government shut down continues for the 20th day after President Trump stomped out of a meeting with Democratic leaders.
