US Stocks Are Ready To Correct 美股面临下跌调整

US stock market is ready to come down because:

1. S&P 500 is overbought after close to 12% surge in only 3 weeks time. Stochastic index is at the 96 extreme overbought level.

2. S&P 500 is facing the formidable 50 day moving average resistance at 2628.

3. S&P 500 has formed a tail reversal down pattern  after climbing to only 3 points away from 2628. This is a failed attempt to break above its 50 day moving average.

4. Many worries are still around such as slowing economy, US-China trade negotiation, government shut down and worrisome corporate earning reports etc.

S&P 500 is likely to start a downside correction from here and downside target is at least a 38% retracement of its recent bounce range. This level is 2521 and the 20 day moving average support also happen to be at the same level.
